I've heard of both. Usually it is more straightforward to pay 4th quarter score unless it is declared 4th/OT ahead of time/printed on the card.

to mikey mike and all others: to be imprisoned in California is no picnic. there is terrible violence that cant be stopped. not by the guards and not by anyone else. inmates are stupid people, thats why we're there. i know, i was that stupid person. kevin lived in the cell next to mine in susanville prison. a level three prison which had many stabbings there regularly, of which i have seen. having grown up in this kind of environment i can tell that many if not most, in fact everybody isnt worth a shit; me included. all of us had nothing going on worth a damn. our lives were just the left over mess of fucked up parents and poverty. so listen when i tell you, kevin mcguinness is the "only" person i met in prison that i knew right away was different. this was a guy that had something going on for himself on the "streets" aka: outside of prison. ill put it this way: i got out out of prison and its been nothing but a continous struggle to better myself and stay out. i've gotten married, have children, and if kevin was to get out tomorrow, he'd have a place to stay with me. thats how good of a person i think he is. i feel bad for the families still coping with this. its a pain that never goes away. i understand loss. im sorry you have loss someone. kevin's being in prison doesnt work. if it was some other asshole that never had a job, was on welfare and smoking drugs and drinking, then fine, lock them up, but not kevin. he can do it. he can be sober...i'll help him

Im glad i found this Blog so many storys from both sides and so many Coincidences.. Now here is another Part to the Aftermath of this Tragedy.. My name is Mike i met Kevin in the SF County Jail 2 Years after this Nightmare.. Crazy thing is i was there for nearly beating to death a Drunk driver who crossed a Redlight and Nearly killed my Cousin and Myself.. I was Kevins Cellmate for 8 months and I have never in my life met a man who will do anything to help the next person, He is the Nicest person i have EVER met. Being in that Cell for 20+ Hours a day we had nothing to do but talk. And i can tell everyone who reads this Friends and Family From both sides of this Tragedy that Kevin Felt Horrible in fact i cant put in words how he felt and NO It wasnt just the Life sentence he was facing. He thought and had Dreams about the Mistake he had made and told me Repeatedly how sorry he was how he wanted the Chance to Appoligize to the Familys of Both men. He Never ever once said he deserved to be free.. Or that he didnt deserve being in jail. He knew what he had done and said he deserved to be Punished and Yes Unclesmedley he wanted to Die at times. Theres no excuse nor am i for 1 second saying Kevin doesnt deserve to be punished for what he had done but 2 Lifes are already gone and Many Many more lifes Ruined from that Horrible night so why should another Life be lost by kevin spending the rest of his in Prison. He said it himself he deserves 10 years and i agree but hes a Great person who made a Horrible mistake that he already has to live with for the rest of his life. When i was released i went and met alot of People Kevin knew and i even met Random people that knew him and Not 1 person had 1 bad thing to say about him. I thought about what if the Drunk driver that rammed into me and my cousin was Kevin and God forbid my cousin Passsed i would hate kevin forever and probly want him dead as well but i was put in this situation were i got to meet him and seen that hes just Human and no way did he Intentionally hurt any1. And theres more to the story from what he told me there was a reason he was speeding that night that people dont mention and im surprised nobody brought that up. May Tyler Brown and Zareh Soghikian Rest in Peace..

I too knew Kevin. I'm so sad that this happened, my prayers go out to the families of those destroyed by this one stupid act. I can't tell you how many times in my youth I drove drunk. I know Kevin wasn't intentionally a bad guy in fact he was a very nice handsome guy. He never meant to do this but he did, just like none of us would have ever meant to do it either. God I wish we could all learn from this and make sure it never happens again. Lives are ruined over a beer.

Agree with your opinion - I don't have insider, but I can't complain that they firewall it away. Basic news that you can find via foxsports or whatever content is still on ESPN.com, but stuff like recruiting or inside training camps etc. is on insider. Though, I do already pay ~$5.50 of my cable bill indirectly to ESPN.

Ironic viewpoint from a guy who amassed 500+ video games via emulator.
