Im glad i found this Blog so many storys from both sides and so many Coincidences.. Now here is another Part to the Aftermath of this Tragedy.. My name is Mike i met Kevin in the SF County Jail 2 Years after this Nightmare.. Crazy thing is i was there for nearly beating to death a Drunk driver who crossed a Redlight and Nearly killed my Cousin and Myself.. I was Kevins Cellmate for 8 months and I have never in my life met a man who will do anything to help the next person, He is the Nicest person i have EVER met. Being in that Cell for 20+ Hours a day we had nothing to do but talk. And i can tell everyone who reads this Friends and Family From both sides of this Tragedy that Kevin Felt Horrible in fact i cant put in words how he felt and NO It wasnt just the Life sentence he was facing. He thought and had Dreams about the Mistake he had made and told me Repeatedly how sorry he was how he wanted the Chance to Appoligize to the Familys of Both men. He Never ever once said he deserved to be free.. Or that he didnt deserve being in jail. He knew what he had done and said he deserved to be Punished and Yes Unclesmedley he wanted to Die at times. Theres no excuse nor am i for 1 second saying Kevin doesnt deserve to be punished for what he had done but 2 Lifes are already gone and Many Many more lifes Ruined from that Horrible night so why should another Life be lost by kevin spending the rest of his in Prison. He said it himself he deserves 10 years and i agree but hes a Great person who made a Horrible mistake that he already has to live with for the rest of his life. When i was released i went and met alot of People Kevin knew and i even met Random people that knew him and Not 1 person had 1 bad thing to say about him. I thought about what if the Drunk driver that rammed into me and my cousin was Kevin and God forbid my cousin Passsed i would hate kevin forever and probly want him dead as well but i was put in this situation were i got to meet him and seen that hes just Human and no way did he Intentionally hurt any1. And theres more to the story from what he told me there was a reason he was speeding that night that people dont mention and im surprised nobody brought that up. May Tyler Brown and Zareh Soghikian Rest in Peace..

They're also definitely pretty far removed from a lot of current lo-fi acts because they're not very trippy or noisy. Nodzzz are a tight, clever pop band with some esoteric interests, making them more of a promising college rock throwback.

I too knew Kevin. I'm so sad that this happened, my prayers go out to the families of those destroyed by this one stupid act. I can't tell you how many times in my youth I drove drunk. I know Kevin wasn't intentionally a bad guy in fact he was a very nice handsome guy. He never meant to do this but he did, just like none of us would have ever meant to do it either. God I wish we could all learn from this and make sure it never happens again. Lives are ruined over a beer.

Agree with your opinion - I don't have insider, but I can't complain that they firewall it away. Basic news that you can find via foxsports or whatever content is still on ESPN.com, but stuff like recruiting or inside training camps etc. is on insider. Though, I do already pay ~$5.50 of my cable bill indirectly to ESPN.

Ironic viewpoint from a guy who amassed 500+ video games via emulator.

Yeah I posted this over 2 years ago on March 10, 2008. So 3DTVs weren't available for another 2 years. Also LED was more expensive at the time b/c it was new.

Kid you not, I opened up a bag and found one of these too same flavor except the shape of the head on mine looks more like Gabe Kaplan ( http://www.imdb.com/name/nm043... ) with a C-cup.

This isn't an isolated incident and obviously the Welch's company has to be aware by now from reports from others who haven't bothered to beacon the discovery as you have.

Tiny correction: Cornify itself is made by Cristoph Helzle (@gbks) [at least i think so-- original research!]. I just did the script that hides it behind the Konami code.

After receiving a call from Direct Warranty Services, located in St. Peters, Missouri, a quick background check of the company soon revealed that a few scoundrels work there too. Some of the names that appeared were Kurt Schlogl, Len Woolfenden, Brian Copilevitz, Darrin Thomas, and Mindy Schnyder.
Besides being named in various lawsuits for their business dealings, some were named for being convicted of DUI, assault, armed robbery, and child molestation. What a bunch of great people to entrust your auto warranty with.

I saw on another page that changing the encryption mode from TKIP to AES fixes this problem. Have not tried yet to verify but wouldn't be surprised if it works.

I went there with a friend at 7:30 on a Saturday night and we had a really good experience. Even though the place was packed (I’d suggest calling for a reservation if you want a table), the host, who I think was the owner, was very friendly. We were just there to drink so stood at the bar for a little bit until some stools opened up. The bartender was friendly, helpful and attentive -- no complaints there. We tried four wines by the glass from the cheap list, and I found them all very good -- one surprisingly pleasant. And they give very generous pours, so again, no complaints. The place has a good vibe -- almost all young-ish adults, couples, friends, all kinds of combos, and most people were stylishly but casually dressed. There certainly was a fair amount of talking but never felt overly loud. It mellowed out as the night wore on and was half empty by 11ish when we left. I’d definitely go back -- would still like to try the food.
